General Terms of Use for the use of the app
The provider of the app is APPsolute Mobility GmbH (hereinafter “APPsolute Mobility”).
The use of the app requires that you agree to the following Terms of Use. Therefore, please read them carefully.
- General information on use
The app and its functions may not be used in an abusive manner. Please use the app only within the legally permissible scope and according to our terms of use. In case of violation of applicable German law or our Terms of Use, APPsolute Mobility reserves the right to exclude you from using the App.
APPsolute Mobility grants you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable, non-sublicensable and non-transferable license to download and install the app solely for your own personal or business purposes. The license includes the right to use any changes to the app, which will be made available free of charge to users of the app as each update is made generally available. Updates may be installed automatically or may require installation by you. Failure to install an update may result in the app not functioning or the services not functioning properly.
Please note that APPsolute Mobility has no control over Apple’s policies and they may change their policies at any time.
You are responsible for tethering fees associated with your use of the app and for fees charged by the store in connection with the services. When using the app, you will comply with all applicable Store Terms.

– Recording of working hours
– Creation of activity reports and release process
– Validation of entries according to Arbeitsschutzgesetz (optional)
– Release with e-signature (optional)
– Archive with completed processes, incl. filter and search functions
– Multilingualism: German, English, Hungarian, Polish, Romanian, Russian, Turkish, Czech
– Offline use with automatic synchronization when connected online
- Third-party services
The app is designed to work with many third-party services, but its continued compatibility with a particular application, website or service is dependent on such third-party service. To maintain compatibility with certain applications, you will need to update apps or third-party applications from time to time. We cannot guarantee that all currently supported third-party services will remain compatible with the services.
- Liability
Liability is excluded unless required by law, e.g., under the Act on Product Liability or in cases of willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury or death, failure to meet guaranteed characteristics, fraudulent concealment of a defect or in case of breach of fundamental contractual obligations. Material contractual obligations are obligations the fulfillment of which is essential to the proper performance of a contract and on the fulfillment of which the contracting parties may regularly rely. Compensation for damages due to breach of material contractual obligations shall be limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract unless there is intent or gross negligence.
- Severability clause
Should any provision of these Terms of Use be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the Terms of Use. In place of the invalid provision, a provision shall be deemed to have been agreed which comes as close as possible to the economic purpose of the invalid provision. The validity of contracts related to these Terms of Use shall remain unaffected.

The privacy policy_LINK of APPsolute Mobility, which is valid for the product line APPsolute inTouch, applies.
APPsolute Mobility is constantly working to optimize its services. Therefore, APPsolute Mobility reserves the right to add or remove functions and features and possibly introduce new limitations to the services. You may stop using the app at any time. APPsolute Mobility reserves the right to change and modify the Terms of Service.

These terms of use are subject to German law excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Exclusive place of jurisdiction is Nuremberg.
